There was still a SIM card in the phone, wasn't reset, but other than that I received the phone in the described condition. Shipping was quick!

Went through checklist. Found problem with the audio. Audio was too quiet on my side during phone calls and during video recording using main camera. Solved problem by cleaning two microphones, one next to the headphone jack, and one next to the main camera. Used a sewing needle and toothpick to gently scrape off residue buildup. Removed residue surrounding main camera. Accurate photos show condition of phone as sold. No scratches on screen. Fast shipping. Packaging could be better. Good value.
