Sorry this review came so late (slipped my mind). Seller shipped quick and I'd definitely buy from them again!

The device sold on 9/21. On 9/28 I asked about the device, which was not yet shipped. On 9/28, the seller said it had shipped right away. On 9/29 the device was shipped and it was delivered to me on 10/1. The seller said he uses another company to package and ship products and this delay is not normal.

The device was exactly as described and works beautifully.

Phone is as described and arrived in a timely manner.

Item was not in excellent condition as per the description.
Had to repeatedly ask for the tracking number.
Tracking number was was finally received ... on the day that it was delivered.
Phone was full of smudges and fingerprints.
Had to do a full reset as it was still expecting the seller's Apple credentials.

Left a 2 rating for the sole purpose that it was at least shipped priority mail.
Not a good experience for me but, your mileage may vary. This may have been an isolated incident. So, with that, good luck.

The iPhone's body was slightly bent. This phone should have been listed as in condition "Fair." Regardless, it was for my nine year old daughter and will serve it purpose as it is otherwise fully functional.

Went through checklist all seems to be working good.

I think it is easy to give a five star rating when everything goes right, but even more valued when some unexpected things occur. The seller and I experienced some hiccups on this order, but he was very professional and willing to correct any issues that occurred. I received the phone quickly and it did not contain any unexpected damages or problems. Great device, and very professional.

Fast Shipping, Phone looked good, works well. The Touch ID doesn't work, it appears that the sensor is bad. Other than that all functions seem to work perfectly.

The phone is great. The seller never gave me a tracking number, but, the shipping was fast.

The phone arrived w/ a cracked home button. I didn't notice it in the picture. It should have been disclosed in the description. Other than that, everything on the phone works fine.

Phone was as advertised and communication was good except the wrong tracking number was provided which was a bit un-nerving but phone did arrive, However it was a great deal, got it activated with no problems and daughter is now happy with her first starter phone. Thanks.
