I like the phone. Faster than the S4 that I have been using.
Sad about the scratch on the screen, and the new protector screen i put on it didn't cover it up.

Even though the phone came with a broken silent switch, they sorted everything out. After notifying them about the problem they promptly exchanged the broken phone for a working version of the same model. But, the replacement they sent was in better condition than the one I originally purchased. Overall, amazing customer support.

Phone works fine and is in working order as described. However the charger that was provided was incorrect for the phone(the Galaxy s5 has a unique charge port for whatever reason) . Luckily a family member had the correct one so I didn't cost me anything extra but it was definitely an inconvenience. No other complaints though, phone arrived in a matter of days after order.

I purchased the S6 Edge as an emergency replacement of my work cell. I trusted swappa and the ratings of the seller. Instead I received a phone whose jack tip was visibly broken and had other issues once I finally got it to charge. The seller took a while to respond (beyond the swappa recommended amount of time...even though the listing stated they would "resolve the matter immediately"). I filed a Paypal claim, waited to hear from the seller which didn't happen, then I escalated the situation with Paypal. I finally received an answer from the seller stating I could return the phone once I provided certain information. By this time, I decided to keep it instead of waiting for a refund and not having a cell. I bought a wireless charger and am putting up with the other issues because it at least makes/receives my client calls. I just wish I hadn't been sent a defective phone in the first place and wish that the seller would have contacted me to help much faster.

Mint condition as listed. No problems encountered after browsing through the major functions. The only problem so far is the cord provided gives a slower charge, but that can hopefully be fixed by purchasing a Samsung brand charger.

Phone works great! My only complaint is that the inside looked a bit dirty and there was some type of spill on the speaker. Besides that, all good.

Shipped fast and the product activated without a problem. Some minor cosmetic issues (bumps/scratches), but nothing beyond what I'd expect from something purchased in this condition.

Arrived exactly as shown in the picture and was packed tightly. It also works as intended and activated device on straight talk. Quick shipping would highly recommend to others!
