Phone was sent quickly and was in good condition when received. Seller responded to Comments in a timely fashion. Although the listing said the phone was "Unlocked," it made no mention of it being Jailbroken. I was able to do a complete restore to get it back to factory settings.

Phone is in great condition, though has had calls and text messages placed to and from the handset, so not "never been used" as the description stated. Also had prior user's email account still active on the device. Also, has rebooted 3 times in the first ten minutes that it has been powered on. However, the seller handled the return gracefully and professionally.
