As promised is great

Shipping took nearly a week to receive and there was a lot more scratches on screen than advertise. But it is working and was able to put in a Verizon SIM with no issues on activation.

The phone was tracked as being mailed to my home, but never showed up in my mailbox. A trip to the post office confirmed the delivery, yet I was still phoneless. Fortunately, my nextdoor neighbor, to whose mailbox it was delivered, brought it over the next day. I was kind of shocked that it was sent without requiring my signature. Maybe the seller insures the package, but if I don't get it, then I'm out of a phone for a week and have to start over again. If you are purchasing from this seller, be sure to ask them to require your signature at delivery. The phone I purchased is in excellent condition, as described by seller.
