I tried to unlock the phone but according to AT&T it was never fully paid off. It’s unfortunate that I bought a phone that wasn’t paid off, because now it won’t be functional on another network..

While visually the phone was as advertised, and delivery was expedient, it would heat significantly during conversations, and battery didn't last as long as it should for this type of phone. However, seller was responsive and offered to provide refund, it was just too much of a hassle for me to go through with it. So as a result, good review for customer service, bad for product.

They sold me a phone with a blocked IMEI. This clearly violates Swappa's requirement for selling on this website. I sent the phone back for a refund. I know Phone Pros received it because of tracking number. Swappa staff tried to convince Phone Pros to refund my money, but they refused. I'm having to dispute and escalate this through Paypal. No easy feat.

Poor ethics and dishonest. Sent wrong device that took PayPal to step in. Lack of communication, deception and refunded a lesser amount. Thank you for taking my money.

Battery does not function properly. Phone turns on but will not charge past 1%.

This was the absolute worst experience on Swappa I've ever had. I bought the phone on March 15th. Seven days later, it still has not shipped. The owner of the company was apparently sick or something and could not ship the device. If one person has to approve, ship, or pay out for devices your business has a major flaw in workflow.
Okay, I gave it some more time. No change. I then opened a paypal dispute to get my money back, since they took my money and never sent the device.
I finally got my money back from paypal this week! That's been 3 months since I started the transaction. Stay away from this seller or buyer beware.
