The phone activated without a hitch and the condition (mint) matches the description. Shipping was fast. I am very pleased so far. I have used Gazelle in the past but this seller seems like a better bang for the buck.

Great price and arrived before schedule. Phone is in the condition that was advertised, if not better. Flaws such as the the short battery life are there solely because of Apple and not the seller, the phone was taken well care of it seems.

Poor communication and poor response time. There were extreme problems with shipping, receiving the phone after two weeks. I do not believe the seller responded to the problems as well as they should have. However, the phone was in great condition and was just what I was expecting.

Would have given 5 stars but phone was wrong color. Expected to receive a silver phone but got rose gold instead. Son wasn't thrilled with color but didn't want to return it. Everything else was good and shipping time was reasonable.

This phone was in Fair instead of Good condition. It had a good deal more scratches on it than the other phone I ordered that was marked as being in Good condition. The battery on this one is very bad. I will have to replace the battery.
