This seller promptly shipped the item but what was received was not in the proper carriers box as posted to be in original packaging. All be it the phone is the correct model and the condition is very nice, it is NOT in a Verizon phone box as there is a printed Verizon sticker covering up the SPRINT sticker underneath it.

I have gotten several phones through swappa and never had any issues. Unfortunately this phone is having many issues that were not network related and a refund was not offered. Really disappointed in the amount spent for repairs on a "mint" condition phone.

BlueSkies was very proactive in responding promptly, gave a fair price, and the phone was perfect.
However, there is a small issue of the USB-C to 3.5 mm headphone jack dongle that was included in the shipment. The original did not work, and after I explained that that model of dongle would note work with the Note 10+, I was disappointed to find that the replacement I was shipped was the same model.
A minor point, but something that could have been improved.
