Excellent support from seller. Verizon provided erroneous information which led us to initially believe that the phone was used. Verizon later told us that their initial information was incorrect. Apple reuses IMEI numbers and that is why Verizon thought it was a used phone. The phone was new and the seller was very patient while we worked through the activation. I would be comfortable buying a phone from this seller again!
