Great seller. Fast and easy. First phone was shipped with a bug but seller happily replaced it with a second in working order and even overnighted it without question. Satisfied overall and impressed with replacement and speed at which they did so. It is impossible for me to say whether the seller was aware of the issue or not but they were VERY quick to fix it with an entire new (second hand) device. Did not even require to see the first busted phone before doing so.
