Upon Calling in the IMEI Number on this phone, T-Mobile advised not to purchase the phone, that it was still under Contract. Seller Sent me an active phone (with the SIM Card still in the phone). The phone was still under contract and the phone still had $440 owed on the phone. Always call in your IMEI Numbers before completing the transaction or buy from someone reputable that has a GREAT track record.

Device had to be returned to seller because it was sold with a large remaining balanced owed.
