The seller took a while to send the phone then we had issues with Ting flagging the phone. It took another 48 hours with Ting to finally have the release from Sprint. Sprint said this had something to do with the phone having an outstanding balance. The phone itself was in great condition but it was frustrating to wait so long to actually use the phone after the purchase.
