Despite the fact that he maintained excellent Swappa history/feedback. He did not send the original OEM battery that came with the phone (nor did he specify in the sale that the phone comes with non-OEM batery). Not only he didn't not send the the battery or helped solving the situation but he stopped communicating with the buyer (ME) and the admin of the website (BEN). Glad to have the phone, but not with the service. Glad to do business on Swappa. I guess I'll just have to buy a new battery for myself.

Jesus has been an excellent Swappa seller, but failed to respond to and/or correct an issue with the buyer on this sale.
