I received the iphone on 6/26, 4 days after payment was made (this was over a weekend, too). The phone was packaged perfectly, and all of the accessories were present. The phone was immaculate, and I had it switched to my Verizon account within 30 minutes of opening the package. Thanks, Johnny! I will definitely use Swappa next time I need a phone.

Transaction could have gone better, but the buyer was ultimately pleased with the device and it was a successful transaction.
