The seller was communicative and satisfied the buyer's request to switch ROMs. He felt he shipped a mint condition phone, but the buyer disagreed. This resulted in a dispute and the buyer being refunded.

This Galaxy Nexus was misrepresented. Although the phone was sold as "mint," there were several cosmetic imperfections on the body of phone and the screen had numerous scratches. Also, there was no A/C charger included as advertised. The box included with the phone was not original. The device was very well packed, and the damage could only have occurred before shipping. The rubs on the body of the phone, for example, were likely long-term wear from a case. Moreover, the seller's only response was a series of recriminations and name calling. He was rude to not only me but also Swappa staff. I had to escalate the issue with PayPal, and they granted a full refund. I would avoid this seller at all costs.
