The seller bought this phone used, and then his wife used it for awhile before I was stupid enough to purchase it for $480. It was apparent immediately that the phone was old and tired, (battery life, too many quirks to mention); but then a couple of weeks ago (less than 2 months from purchase), the phone would go into panic mode at least once a day. I took it to the Apple Store and they explained that the hard drive within the phone had gone bad and I need to replace the phone. Yes, they gave me $265 trade-in, but that's $215 up in smoke. Very disappointed.

Edit: 26 May 2017 - This phone was blocked 184 days after purchase by IMEI. The seller looked into it and eventually let me know that the issue had been resolved a few days later. There's risk to purchasing newly released phones from swappa due to how sellers procure these new phones (purchase them with different google accounts and turn around and sell them to you on swappa). This is against the terms of service and Google had every right to block phones purchased in this manner. In the end, Google's Project Fi reversed the block and I was inconvenienced a few days, but had they not, I would have been stuck with a disabled phone because I fell outside of the 180 day PayPal dispute window and Swappa is hands off once the transaction has been completed.

Phone was delivered fast and was what the description stated. Seller was very responsive to questions.

Only minor pieces of feedback for seller.... SIM Card was left in the phone, not sure if that was intentional or accidental. Also, phone arrived completely dead. Would have been nice if it had a little power so that I didn't have to charge it to power on and activate it. Again, these are minor annoyances and has nothing to do with quality of the item purchased.
