My grandfather was looking to upgrade his phone for the first time in several years and while he wasn't initially interested in a Note of any kind, a bit of research and getting to handle the phone in person changed his mind. After successfully changing cell services, he is quite happy with his new phone and additional cases. The seller was also very kind and professional. We did a local meet up and he was patient and helpful while we worked out how we would do the transaction, eventually settling on Zelle so he could get his money instantly and I could have a record of giving him money. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with this seller and with the phone I purchased.

Received in mint condition as advertised

Item was not fully functional when I received it. It was still under warranty, so 4-5 hrs of troubleshooting, warranty relations, a trip to the city to ship it, and 2 weeks later I have a fully functional device.
