The phone is new, as advertised and shipping was quick as promised. The only reason not 5 stars is because phone was advertised as having almost 1 year warranty left; however, upon further checking after receiving the phone, warranty only applies to original buyer with receipt. One more thing FYI, I would think "Google edition" means purchased from google but this was from Verizon.

Seller shipped first thing the day after purchase. The device was in better condition than expected, scuffs on back of device were less noticeable than pictures.
