The seller shipped promptly, but there were inconsistencies in the actual and advertised condition of the device. The seller refunded part of the money after contacting them through Swappa sale page.

Specifically, inconsistencies were : Nicks and bumps on device while being advertised as mint. Custom ROM and unlocked bootloader on device while being advertised as stock. Amount of grime and caked on dirt on the device which seemed negligent.

Overall, the experience was a little frustrating, but the seller offered a 100% refund after complaining (which I believed the inconsistencies didn't warrant, hence I only asked for a partial refund and the seller immediately oblidged), which points to more carelessness and hasty listing rather than malicious intent on the seller's part.

Phone nut as good as described, slow shipping. Didn't send all items listed.

Five stars because the item was in mint condition, as described. Subtract two starts because the seller did not indicate that the phone had been rooted and had a custom ROM installed. As a result, I had to spend several hours setting up an adb/fastboot enviornment, flashing the stock ROM, and driving around town trying to find a USB-A to USB-C cable just so I could accomplish the aforementioned.

Phone arrived on time and with all accessorize. There was a hairline crack on one of the accessories but the phone was in perfect condition. Will definitely purchase from Bryant again!

Great! Everything is in order, the seller included both a hard and a soft case, as well as a screen protector. USB charger/transfer was included in the original box.
