The seller did not properly test the OnePlus 12R I purchased. They continue to deny that the device has a damaged USB-C port, even though the issue is obvious. USB-C cables fail to click in securely and easily fall out. Even the cables that do latch (barely) will disconnect with only gentle movement, which is a clear sign of port wear or physical damage. The seller even acknowledged that one of their own cables would not latch, but dismissed it simply because a different cable happened to latch. The phone also fails to complete charging handshakes with certain fast-charging USB-C cables and will not charge at all, which is consistent with a damaged or unreliable port pin. I did not perform a full diagnostic, but the symptoms are clear. The seller also dismissed the fast charging issue. Based on this experience, I would not rely on this seller’s ability to accurately test or troubleshoot a device before selling it.

Buyer said "J T.. Seller - July 5, 2013 8:02 p.m. I'd like to be left with $240" he wanted to be left with $240 talking with another buyer so I offer him $250 which after a $10 Swappa fee would leave him with the $240 he wanted and i jump the gun and paid the $270 he had advertised fearing I might lose the deal to another buyer. Then the seller said he didn't agree to $250. So I said to refund my money. The End.
