Fyi, IME sticker didnt match IME in the software. Carrier verified IME in software for activation.

Small scratch on the screen that I couldn't see from the pictures, because the phone was turned on in all of them. Next time I recommend a picture with the phone turned off so scratches are visible. The scratch is small and doesn't interfere with with the function of the phone, and the price was great, so I am happy! Fast shipping. Thank you.

Excellent phone in equally excellent quality. Battery life is pretty weak but that's to be expected from an older device, other than that, the device is almost perfect. My mom really appreciates the large screen and vivid colours.

Phone shipped using 2-3 day USPS. No accessories were in the box or expected as part of the sale. The box was severely dented on one side and the only packing was two peices of crumpled butchers paper that let the phone rattle around the box a fair bit.. Device looks good externally. Though the battery was drained, it was ready to go after a charge. Works well. Took a star for not giving good protection to the phone. Still, I would buy from this seller again.
