The phone is in good condition, but the battery burns (the phone is very hot!) through a charge quickly--went from 99% to 84 percent in 10 minutes of booting up after I turned it on. I also had no SIM card and I had to order one. On a scale of one to ten I give this experience a 6. The battery does spin when I put it on the table, which means it is not in good shape. A good battery is very resistant to spinning, and this one spins easily. I will point out that the item was shipped to my address quickly, so that is good.

Delivery was punctual and the phone was as described. Included a charger and a new screen protector.

Came in perfect condition and operated smoothly. Once the phone was given to USPS, I got it within the time described by the seller. No complaints!

The phone is in good/mint condition. It was advertised as mint and I would say it is except for a few things. The only issue with it is the camera bump has a few tiny scratches on it that don't affect the camera at all, can't even see them when I went on the camera app. The buttons feel new and clicky. The charging port has a nice clicky stick to it, like it's new. The screen has no scratches but a few things relating to that. The front camera has this weird residue on it that I can't seem to remove easily although it does not affect the camera quality at all.This screen is so good it even removes fingerprints and smudges easily like it actually is new, something my old V20 couldn't do. So overall it is in mint condition aside from a few minor things that don't affect the phone very much at all. One last thing is the accessories, it was advertised with a new charger, which is new and was wrapped like a new one, but the screen protectors were not included but will be mailed. 9/10 rating
