5/12/18- editing my feedback to 1-Star. After I received the phone I went through the checklist that Swappa advises and everything worked for that moment so we left a positive 5-star rating. The next day we noticed the phone was intermittently glitchy. The screen progressively got worse and we took it to the Apple Store. There we paid $129 because they said the phone needed a new screen. We did not drop the phone since the day we received it. I feel we purchased a bad phone even though it was rated as "Mint Condition". The seller replied stating that the phone worked perfectly when he got it and to do a Factory Reset, which we did. . After a second attempt to contact the seller, there was no reply from him. It took Swappa help to have him reply with "I have sold many iPhone se the screens don’t glitch iPhones don’t have screen issues like that I tested that device several times before I sold it I can’t control what happens when the device is in someone possession."

Item arrived as described. Seller displayed some pushback when it was identified an accessory was missing. Seller gave the impression that it wasn't an issue until pointed out and with swappa's hello. Seller did eventually provide remedy after repeated requests but I feel he could be more customer focused. Not sure I would deal with him again.
