The JK shop was helpful. I had caused some issues using the wrong address and they helped me resolve it late at night.
Swappa should fix their change of address function. They need to make address confirmation happen before they send the money...sending the money first and confirming the address second is not smart.

JK_Shop was responsive and professional throughout the transaction. The purchase was easy and the phone was shipped on time. However, USPS lost the phone at some point during shipping. JK_Shop worked with me and USPS to try to find it, with no luck. JK_Shop offered to refund the phone without me having to ask for it. I received the refund in the agreed on time. Because they handled a bad situation so well I would happily order something from them again.
