Seller was patient despite my initial payment issues and responded promptly to questions and comments. Shipped as soon as payment was successfully processed and the phone arrived two days later even though the seller was located and the other side of the US. I appreciated that the shipping method chosen by the seller required a signature upon delivery, as I would not have wanted an expensive phone left unattended on my porch for hours if I hadn't been home to accept the delivery. The phone came exactly as described, if anything it was difficult to tell that it was open box instead of brand new, unopened. I also appreciated that in the listing the seller posted a picture showing the estimated manufacture date of the phone.

Overall, I would gladly do business with this seller again, no complaints that I can think of.
