I will note that the phone was listed as New but the box was clearly opened, the plastic cover was reapplied to the phone, and there were plenty of fingerprints on the screen. So I suppose "New but Opened", I'm not certain about the criteria on Swappa.
However to be clear the phone is great, in "like new condition", the service was great, the price was excellent.
