Phone arrived as advertised. Item arrived only with phone and phone case, nothing else. That is my fault for not reading the description properly. My problem with seller is due to shipping issues stemming from when the item was actually shipped vs. when the seller claimed to have shipped the item. Those two were not the same day according to seller's communications and USPS tracking information. If you don't mind waiting on your device, then go ahead and buy because the seller described item accurately.

S Pen of the Note5 missed the tip and didn't send replacements. Device was sold as never rooted but it had been fiddled with as Knox and Samsung Pay didn't work. Issues with refund and lack of communication at first unless staff was involved. With it being a defective phone, seller tried to charge me return fee. What a joke. Bad experience overall.
