Purchase complete Wednesday, package posted Saturday, received Monday. Phone works as I expected. Seller described phone as "mint" in listing and verified it as such in an email; however, because the screen has scratches it should have been listed as being in "good" condition, according to Swappa's definitions of what is mint and what is good. That being said, using a screen protector makes the scratches inconsequential. Phone was carelessly packaged. Phone was placed inside an unsealed padded envelope and then stuck in a box. Because the box wasn't sturdy and there was a lot of empty space (not enough padding), the box was crushed during transport. As the box was crushed, one end of the box popped open and that's how it arrived. Box had two ends that would open, and neither were taped shut. Amazed the phone didn't fall out of the box.
