Phone was advertised as coming with charger, however included charger was Samsung brand. Phone does not fast charge with this charger. Otherwise no complaints.

The phone was listed as mint. It was not. There were a cluster of fine scratches on the screen lower left and hairline scratches on the top upper right. Otherwise the phone was functional and great. NOT MINT, this was not something that could have been accidentally overlooked. If I did not need the device right now, I would have filed a grievance.

The phone worked fine for the first year + due according to a verizon employee because I was using prepaid service. When I tried to change my plan with verizon I was told I am unable to do so because the device is locked by the "owner" most likely reported lost or stollen and therefore I can't update the sim card like they told me I need to do or change anything. If the seller sees this and is willing to reach out and explain why this that would be great

Phone just keeps rebooting and listed as good condition but phone is more like in fair condition fews dents wasnt even on the listing also the earpiece is busted, I have to keep it the phone because my brother needed it.
