Seller did not even reply to my messages to see if I could return the phone to get one that can be unlocked/ is compatible with my phone carrier(locking carrier told me that the phone cannot be unlocked because it has a pending balance on it), or help get details about phone payment history. The seller only got back to me after I talked to swappa support first, to state in one phrase with not helpful details that "the return cannot be accepted because it was listed correctly". Talk about relationship between seller and customer.

Phone arrived as advertised via FedEx. So far so good. I liked the fact that this seller showed a photo of the Battery Health page on each of his phones for sale backing what he claimed about the battery. The phone appears to be new and has the standard Apple warranty. I would specifically buy from this particular seller again as I felt his products for sale were above board and new.

Straight forward sale. I wouldn't say it was in "mint" condition. it was definitely very good condition. No scratch anywhere but one 1cm diagonal scratch on the actual screen but not noticable after placing the temper glass screen.

Fast service, the 2-day FedEx was nice. Phone works.

Phone was sent promptly and packed well. Phone is as advertised and in good working condition. Kudos to the seller. However, USPS 2-day shipping was not as good. Phone was shipped Monday morning but didn't arrive until Sat. Be prepared for longer shipping times.
