The phone was in mint condition, as advertised, but was not the color indicated in the description. This purchase was for a customer and I had to discount them $50 off the purchase because it was the wrong color. I pointed this out to the seller, they did not respond.

It's my fault for not checking the photos to verify the listing's description, but it's the seller's fault for not properly indicating the device color. In the past I have not usually checked the photos of device listings that are new or mint condition (nothing to see) but I won't make that mistake in the future.

Excellent seller, shipped very quick and the item was as described.

Incorrectly listed a phone that was locked. From time of purchase, a week to get it, 9 days of unsuccessful unlock service, to a return, was a total of 25 days. I appreciate the attempts to fix the problem, but it was a bad experience and I would not purchase from the seller again.
