The phone was listed in Mint condition although it had scratches on the back. When I talked about this issue, I was told (rudely) to return the device without a mention of who will be paying for return shipping. I would not buy again.

Seller misrepresented condition of phone as mint, when it had 3 deep gouges in the body and light scratches on the screen. He offered a refund, but many days after I returned the phone back to him and he signed for the return, he has not refunded the purchase price and would not pay return shipping. Per Swappa's advice, I submitted a dispute on Paypal and the seller is slow pedaling the refund. I wish I could attach pictures, but the seller re-listed the phone and did not disclose the damage again. Buyer beware!
Update, 10 minutes after leaving this feedback the buyer cancelled his latest ad. Good luck dealing with this seller.

This item should have not been listed as Mint, as it had two small scratches on the screen. They are not deep not large, but still, Mint means "Perfect screen condition" in Swappa.

Swappa states: If there are any cosmetic imperfections, including light scratches or scuffs, the device should not be listed in the "Mint" condition category.

Hence, this was not a mint device. And the seller did not state this in the item's description.

I decided to keep it rather than send it back and ask for my money back, but nevertheless I was dissatisfied with this unexpected fact.
