Item listed as mint condition. Definitely was not. But seller accepted return and refunded promptly. Only leaving less than 5 star rating because I feel that the phone I purchased was incorrectly checked and or listed by seller. Was very disappointing receiving what I did after paying what I believe was extra for "mint condition."

Edit: Also the wall brick for the charger they charged me $8.00 for, that I forgot to put in the box when returning the phone, doesn't work. Just trying to be thorough.

Device worked great. Screen is in good condition. Bezel has some scratches but that was to be expected. No worries because I have a case and tempered glass screen.
One piece of advice if you are wanting the Google Edition (*BOOTLOADER* unlocked) you should contact the seller and confirm if it's a Google store device or a Verizon (*CARRIER* unlocked device). I provided the seller with this feedback as well. Phone was as described and showed minimal wear and tear. Item was shipped quickly.

Phone was listed in Good condition but is much closer to Fair condition. Also looks like screen was replaced which makes me question phone's water resistance. Buyers should be aware that this seller's definition of Good condition is much different than what the swappa community would define as Good condition.

Works as advertised. There were the same scratches as advertised. I'm loving my new phone!

Phone was as described however this seller is by far my least favorite I've had on swappa. Took way to long to ship and follow up about it. Never made any intitative to make confirmation on their own end without me inquiring. Seller needs to put more high definition photos at multiple angles of product as well. Very hard to inspect online before purchasing.

You did not send me the right phone. I payed for the Google Edition and I received the Verizon edition. I bought the Google Edition because it has features I need that the Verizon Edition does not, I do not appreciate you wasting my time.

TERRIBLE service. If there's anything wrong with your device, they will fight you on it and waste your time for a week before permitting a return. Even after sending it back to them, they're still insisting the device isn't broken. They're probably going to just turn around and sell it to someone else and put them through the same thing.
