Seller was prompt to ship and devices are as advertised and even included the original chargers even though the listing said generic chargers. USPS has really been dragging their feet lately but that was of no fault of the seller. Would buy again!

First phone was defective-battery could not charge, USB port had a lot of looseness. Phone would act as if it was charging/not charging/charging. Emailed seller, replacement phone chin piece sent. Still didn't work. Sent phone back to seller, got different phone afterwords. Second phone works great. Satisfied in the end, but the whole process took nearly a month.

The phone arrived in near mint condition. I'm very happy with the phone and the speed of delivery.

Good quick service. I ordered the phone while out of town thinking it would take awhile. The phone beat me home. Phone was as described.
The only issue, the cord included with the phone would not charge the battery even when the phone was off. Easily fixed with my own cord.

Last time I make the mistake of dealing with them. They shipped me the wrong model phone and took their sweet time responding and issuing me a refund. Total waste of time.

I received the phone. Packaged really well. And for it to be a used phone it is in great condition from my perspective. I was really impressed with the lightning fast shipping notification that happened litreally right after I made the purchase! I've never had that happen before. Great job! I would definitely recommend this seller.

Device received was DOA. That happens, and is not a problem. What was a problem was the the consistent refusal to communicate once they were notified. Additionally, the seller accused me of attempting to defraud them, due to taking 15 days to ship the item back (I was waiting on them to respond for 12 of those days.)

Additionally, they refused to answer questions about how to ship the item back to them...and then complained about how I shipped it. Finally, the seller has still refused to refund my return shipping, per Swappa policy for a DOA device.
