Two broken phones in a row! The first phone had a faulty motherboard that would not allow the speaker or microphone to work. I would also not send or receive phone calls or text messages. I contacted the seller and shipped the phone back. I waited another week to receive the replacement phone. Again, I installed and updated the phone, but it would crash every time you opened any app, would not make or receive phone calls, and would lock up during normal use. The vibration motor was also loose. The phone would not even work in safe mode. I even went and got a new SIM card. I contacted the seller again about the issues I was experiencing and was told THAT I NEEDED to take it in for repair at an authorized retailer. After contacting Swappa staff about the issue, the seller approved the return. This whole nightmare took almost a month, two phones, and I'm out $15.90 for shipping both phones back. Extremely disappointed with my experience. Swappa staff was phenomenal!!!

I want a different cheaper sprint blackberry phone in this instance.....there is no cancle the sale button....so im stuck with high cost....
