The phone has a few functional defects. The headphone jack doesn't work, and the microphone doesn't work either. I tried several different pairs of headphones to be sure, and I also tested the microphone on different calls to different phones. Even if it's on speaker phone, the microphone refuses to work. If we can get these issues rectified that would be excellent. The overall sale process was excellent and the phone delivered in a timely manner.

As of right now, I have had a good experience with this phone. I purchased it after my s5, which I got when it came out, started acting up more frequently and it hasn't disappointed thus far. I went through the checklist and all is well. So far.

2nd time ordering same model from this seller. They're quick and the phone is exactly as described and shown in pictures. We had a bootloop issue with the first one they sent and we returned it and they sent us another unit in comparable condition.
