Not very happy... there is an issue with the speaker that was not listed in the description.

By far the absolute worst transaction I have ever experienced on Swappa. Listed as Mint Condition, Home button stuck and was not working right. Seller then wanted me to pay for return shipping, then offered to re-imburse $8 going from OH to WA. Swappa instruted seller they had to cover all the return shipping cost. Shipped back, and seller claims the home button is working just making a ticking sound when pressed. Only refunded purchase amount. Now being forced to spend time to get the $17 return shipping back. Avoid this seller at all cost, they should be banned from selling on here.

Disappointing transaction. Iphone 8 bought and delivered was not as advertised as unlocked for all GSM, it was actually locked to T-Mobile GSM, would not allow another carrier. Returned phone, they refunded the money and said they would refund up to $8 in shipping. My cost for shipping was about $13 thru UPS, they refunded me $7.47, don't know why it was not $8 since my shipping was more than $8. Basically got a phone not as advertised and lost money, time, & effort on the transaction.

Dang! Thought all was good, but cannot receive calls on my sprint network provider. They spent two hours with me fully wiping phone, and said it's the hardware. Model is the samsung unlocked for all carriers version, but it cannot receive phone calls. Will update after I get response from seller.
