"Mint" condition phone showed up with chipped/faulty charging port and wouldn't charge. (Honestly don't think this was intentional by seller-probably just bad luck). I provide pics and video via email account they provided in the box. But they had me go to Swappa instead. I provided description again in Swappa: phone won't charge or turn on now that battery died. But then customer service asked me multiple times to do things I CAN'T do if the phone won't charge/turn on; like charge it 100% or factory reset. They clearly didn't read the previous comments or description of the issue. Super frustrating. I returned the phone and asked for replacement. Was provided USPS tracking number for replacement; but status showed the phone never got to USPS. I had to re-ask seller for status because they weren't providing any. Finally, they just decided to refund my purchase. And said they would provide shipping refund. Refund for shipping never provided, and no response to my asking for it...
