I have received the phone and have tested and inspected it for a couple of days. There is an issue with the phone that I do not like, the battery seems to be defective and drains extremely fast I would not expect this from a "mint" conditioned phone . I am not happy with this purchase and would like to exercise the sellers return and refund policy.

I bought this phone for someone else and they are really happy with the performance, condition, battery life, etc. Shipping was extremely quick.

However the fingerprint scanner barely registers fingerprints - to the point where it's un-usable, presumably due to a big scratch on the sensor. To me this would be a deal breaker as they claim all phones are fully tested and functional, but the person who received the phone doesn't care and does not want to pursue a return.

So the experience with the seller was positive, the product was not fully functional as advertised, will leave with a neutral rating as we're still keeping the device.

Phone is in immaculate shape and the battery is at around 90%. Screen Burn is a worse than you can see on the pictures but I am fine with it. The shipping was a fiasco as it was shipped into town, back out of town and then back to town late and had to be delivered the next day. Certainly not the Seller's fault.

The sale itself went great. USPS, in typical fashion, lost the package and even though I paid for expedited shipping, it took 4 days to arrive. The seller was initially reluctant to refund me the expedited shipping but after confirmation from USPS that it was indeed refundable, the seller refunded me the expedited shipping. I am very pleased with the purchase.
