Received the phone in the exact condition it was pictured and it works as it should. Have noticed a small black screen blemish in bottom left corner

Purchased a phone that came from the company without a functioning microphone and flash. Bought a second phone from the company as a replacement and it's camera did not work. Had to send both back for refunds. Would not purchase from this company.

I promptly received my phone, and it looked flawless as described. After using for a couple of days, I returned for refund when I noticed the zoom lens (internal) was apparently broken. Gadget accepted my reason for returning it, which is a positive, but it took a long time (about 2 weeks) to get the refund, which was frustrating.

The phone works and looks like new except for the tiniest cosmetic scratch on the side. The only problem I had was with the included charging cable, which did not fast charge. I thought it might be a port problem, but when I swapped it for new cables from Anker, they all fast charged. Very satisfied. Would do business with this seller again.
