Fantastic looking device, had absolutely no issues with the seller or the device. I was expecting an 8/10 device but honestly can't see anything wrong whatsoever. Not a scratch. Aside from a little dust in the bottom lip I would have guessed this were brand new. 10/10 purchase would buy from them again

Phone arrived a day late, which isn't seller's fault, but seller should have refunded at least part of the express shipping fee and refused to do so. Phone arrived in a thin, inadequate layer of bubble wrap bouncing around inside the box. Phone clearly had major battery/power issues (e.g., losing most of its charge overnight *when powered off*) which should have been detected by seller before selling it. Seller said they would only refund up to $8 in return shipping costs despite the fact that there is literally no safe way to ship a phone back for that little money. When pressured, seller agreed to refund entire shipping cost, but then stuck me with the Paypal fee when doing that. Terrible experience would not recommend.

Came surprisingly quick. Phone was as described and worked totally fine out of the box. Nicely wrapped in bubble wrap. I was able to insert my sim and do a full factory reset without issue. Works with my carrier as listed. I will be not only using swappa again but this seller again.

This phone was listed as “mint”, but stopped working after just 2 weeks. I returned the phone for a refund and the seller accused me of taking the phone apart and removing parts! After many weeks of a dispute trying to get my money back, I asked for the phone to be shipped back to me. I had the phone repaired for $50. They confirmed the phone had been taken apart, screws were missing, many connections were undone, and 3 shields were missing. Definitely far from mint condition!!!
