Phone arrived cracked after taking 7 days to get to me (no damage to box). Seller did not want to provide a return label, instead wanting me to go to the post office to ship it myself. Finally returned the phone, delivered on a Friday and they did not process the refund until the following Monday. The whole process left a lot to be desired.

Phone will not give me service it worked for a couple days now its back to no service i spoke with t-mobile and they informed the device is locked and to use the device unlock app. However my phone already switched to the metro firmware
