Phone was locked after 2 hours spent at Verizon store it was a locked phone that could not be hooked up. Garbage. Lost out on $400.

Awesome phone

Purchased for my mother. Shipped out quickly, and device came in condition as described. However it was marked as unlocked but as it turns out I believe it is only CDMA unlocked, which means my mother can't use her GSM carrier. This isn't entirely a bad thing though as I'm bringing her over to my Verizon plan anyway. Just maybe keep that in mind if you only specifically use AT&T or T-Mobile/MetroPCS. Overall a good buying experience.

I Typically wait before submitting reviews as things can seem right at first, but will show you the true wrong colors shortly thereafter. I bought this phone and was using it in fine working condition until this morning 4 short months into ownership when the phone green screened on me...its a samsung galaxy active it's supposed to outlive being ran over or dropped in a fish tank, yet cant even survive not being dropped for longer then 4 months. I am sorely disappointed.
