The phone I ordered was broken. I requested a refund and shipped the phone back immediately. 48 hours after the seller had received the returned phone, they still had not issued a refund. I asked multiple times when the refund was going to be issued and the seller either ignored these messages or responded with a vague promise to issue a refund eventually but wouldn't say when. I don't understand what was so hard, it should take 15 seconds. In all, it took 9 days from when I requested the return and 6 days from when the seller received the return to finally give me a refund. It wasn't until I threatened to escalate the issue with Paypal that finally I got my money back. Then, he just refunded the initial cost of the purchase and didn't even refund the $9 that I had to spend to ship the broken phone back to them. This seller has poor communication, lacks any sense of urgency when handling other people's money, and actually stole $9 from me. Avoid this seller.

I had to return the phone (no fault of the seller!) and they were super easy about it. They really didn't need to accept that return but they did it anyways. Greatly appreciate it.
