Shipping was a bit of a hassle for this item. However, after getting in touch with USPS and the seller, everything was cleared up and the phone arrived about 3 days after confirming everything with the seller. The phone itself arrived in great condition with normal wear and tear on the screen. It seems to be working great on the phone plan, without issues.
