This is the comment I left literally 10 mins after ordering.
“Hey guys. I just ordered this by mistake. It’s not going to be compatible with the software we’re using. I don’t see an option to quickly cancel the order. Can you help me with this? Thx”
I also made clear that I would pay any fees involved to delist, etc since it was my mistake.
The seller answered they could not (would not) cancel after swappa reached out and said they were not obligated to.

I understand that’s technically true and I’m accountable to the terms (that I’m now aware), but still bad business imo
