Seller lied about bootloader. Tried to return it but decided to sell it at a loss as losing that money and not having a usable phone for work caused issues. I'd avoid him unless you don't care about software being stock.

After some delays everything was better than expected so I forgot small delay and some miscommunication between me and the seller and I give him all 5 stars.
