The phone was not unlocked as stated in the listing. Seller wanted me to return the phone but I was able to get the phone unlocked myself and the seller gave me a small refund to compensate.

Got my product in the same conditions as listed, just as seen online. The only thing is that it said phone unlocked, and when I got it and tried it with my SIM, phone said "SIM not supported". Later, everything was excellent.
