While there was an issue with the phone - call quality was poor because of debris in the earpiece - I was able to resolve it by taking it to the Apple store because the phone was still under its AppleCare warranty.

Zelphone did stand behind their merchandise by offerin me a refund if the issue persisted, and I appreciate that.

The only thing I might add is it may be a good idea to add a cleaning of the receiver to product prep before sale as this appears to be a common issue in the X line of iPhones.

it was shipped right away and i was very happy about it. checked the phone and everything completely fine. but the tempered screen that came with it is broken haha but that's fine. overall, it was a good transaction. thankyou zelphone!! would definitely buy again

This was a great purchase, I returned simply because I had switched from an 8+ to the XS and was not liking the smaller screen. Communication and shipping was fast!! Buyer beware: these phones are replacements from Apple. Not a big deal, but some people who buy on Swappa are looking for phones straight from the Apple store.
