Exactly want I was looking for at a reasonable price, phone looks like new

The phone was not as advertised, and i had to pay for the return shipping to get it fixed.

Sometime a phone doesn't work (that happens) With my last purchase, the phone touch screen was not working, but the seller returned it easily following the PayPal and Swappa processes. It really was hassle free and I appreciate it.

I was purchasing a used iPhone for my daughter. One of the biggest concerns with purchasing any used device is that it may not work as advertised. I received the iPhone from WisePhoneER and it visually was in excellent (mint) condition. After checking out the phone, discovered the front facing camera did not work. The seller immediately offered to correct the situation. I sent the phone back and he was able to fix the phone. If that did not work, he was willing to send me a replacement phone.

WisePhoneER was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend them.
